Refund Policy
All payments made on TechLogHub for featured product placements and subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before completing a purchase.

1. No-refund policy
TechLogHub operates as a digital advertising and listing platform. Once a payment is successfully captured for a featured placement, monthly subscription, or any other paid service offered on the website, that payment is non-refundable in part or in full, irrespective of whether you continue to use the service for the entire purchased period.
By completing a payment through Razorpay on TechLogHub you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this policy.
2. What is covered
- One-time featured product placements (any duration).
- Monthly featured subscriptions (each billing cycle once charged).
- Promotional add-ons or boosts purchased from the dashboard.
- Any other paid digital service listed on TechLogHub.
3. Cancellation vs. refund
You may cancel a recurring monthly subscription at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation prevents the next charge but does not refund the current or any prior billing cycle. See our Cancellation Policy for the full process.
4. Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged but the corresponding featured placement or subscription was not activated in your TechLogHub dashboard, or if you were accidentally charged twice for the same service, this is treated as a payment exception rather than a refund request. Email support@techloghub.com within 7 days of the transaction with the Razorpay payment ID and we will either activate the service or reverse the duplicate charge through Razorpay. Reversals typically reflect in 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback through your bank or card network without first contacting TechLogHub support may result in immediate suspension of your account and removal of all associated product listings. We encourage you to email us first so we can resolve any payment issue directly.
