Terms of Service

1. Acceptable use

By using TechLogHub you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. You must not:

• Scrape or bulk-download content from the platform without prior written permission.
• Impersonate another user, company, or brand in a product listing or profile.
• Submit spam listings, fake reviews, or artificially inflate karma scores.
• Use the platform to distribute malware, phishing content, or illegal material.

2. Content ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit to TechLogHub (product listings, reviews, descriptions). By submitting content you grant TechLogHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, index, and distribute that content on the platform and in related promotional materials. You represent that you have the right to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Paid services

Featured placements, sponsored listings, and subscription plans are paid services processed via Razorpay. By completing a payment you agree to our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. All paid services are non-refundable except in the case of payment errors covered by those policies.

5. Intellectual property

TechLogHub owns the platform, its design, codebase, and all original content we produce (e.g. editorial copy, cheat sheets, roadmaps). You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute platform content without our written permission.

6. Warranties & liability

TechLogHub is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, or that information on the platform is error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechLogHub's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform is limited to the amounts you paid to TechLogHub in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or permanently remove accounts and listings that violate these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice. If your account is terminated for a terms violation, no refund will be issued for any active paid services.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
