Shipping & Delivery Policy
TechLogHub is a fully digital platform. We do not ship any physical goods. All paid services are delivered electronically through your TechLogHub dashboard.

1. Digital service only
Every service offered on TechLogHub — including product listings, featured placements, monthly subscriptions and any promotional add-ons — is a digital service delivered through the website at www.techloghub.com. No tangible product is dispatched, packaged or couriered.
2. Delivery timelines
- Featured placements (one-time): activated within 5 minutes of successful payment confirmation from Razorpay, provided the underlying product listing is already approved.
- Monthly subscriptions: activated immediately on first successful charge and renewed automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
- New listings: products submitted for promotion go live as soon as they pass our moderation review (typically within 24 hours).
3. Receipts & invoices
A payment receipt is automatically emailed to the address registered on your TechLogHub account immediately after a successful Razorpay charge. Receipts and invoices are also available for download at any time from your dashboard under Billing.
4. Service availability
TechLogHub is available globally wherever Razorpay supports the buyer’s payment method. There are no shipping zones, customs duties, country restrictions, or delivery charges associated with our services. Pricing is displayed inclusive of applicable taxes at checkout.
5. Delivery issues
If your featured placement or subscription does not activate within 60 minutes of a successful payment, please email support@techloghub.com with the Razorpay payment ID and the product slug. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 1 business day.
