Cancellation Policy
You can cancel a TechLogHub listing or paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of past charges.

1. Free product listings
Free product listings can be marked inactive, hidden or deleted at any time from your TechLogHub dashboard under Dashboard → Products. There are no charges, no minimum commitment and no cancellation fees.
2. One-time featured placements
One-time featured placements (for example, a 30-day or 90-day boost) are delivered immediately on payment. They cannot be cancelled mid-period and are non-refundable in line with our Refund Policy. You may remove the product listing itself from your dashboard at any time, but the paid promotion period will not be extended or refunded.
3. Monthly featured subscriptions
- Sign in to your TechLogHub account.
- Go to Dashboard → Products and open the relevant product.
- Open the Featured Placement section.
- Click Cancel subscription and confirm.
Once cancelled, Razorpay will not charge you again. The featured placement remains active until the end of the current billing cycle and then reverts to a standard listing. Past billing cycles are not refunded.
4. Cancellation by TechLogHub
TechLogHub may cancel or suspend a listing, featured placement or subscription if it violates our Terms of Service, contains misleading information, infringes third-party rights, or is reported as fraudulent. In such cases the related payment is forfeited and is non-refundable.
5. Account closure
To delete your TechLogHub account entirely, email support@techloghub.com from the email address on file. Any active subscriptions are cancelled as part of account closure. Closure does not generate a refund of past or current charges.
6. Need help?
If you have any trouble cancelling a subscription, write to support@techloghub.com with your account email and the product slug. We will action the cancellation within 2 business days.
