Overview

RoomGrade is an AI-powered due diligence tool designed specifically for founders to identify and mitigate red flags before investors conduct formal diligence. While most AI due diligence tools are built for investors, RoomGrade is built for founders.

Every document you upload to RoomGrade is auto-categorized and summarized, and the platform surfaces what a VC analyst would flag—ranked risks, extracted metrics, and missing document gaps. You can fix or disclose these issues upfront before being ambushed by an investor during the diligence process.

How it Works

1. Create a deal workspace for your specific investment round (e.g., "Acme Corp Series A").
2. Upload documents such as PDFs, spreadsheets, and Word docs; they are auto-read, auto-categorized, and auto-summarized.
3. Run the analysis in one click to receive an investment memo, investment metrics, and a ranked list of red flags.
4. Use the chat interface to drill into any detail with source citations for every answer provided.

Security & Privacy

Files are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256 via Supabase). The storage bucket is private—no public URLs exist, and the original files are never served to the browser; only extracted text is. Your documents are not used to train any AI model.
