Wonder

Wonder

Wonder puts Claude Code and Codex agents, a git worktree per task, your running app and an editable design canvas in one desktop workspace. Agents run locally on your own subscriptions, edits made visually on the live app are applied back to code, and Wonder also serves external agents over MCP.

About Wonder

What Wonder is

Wonder is a canvas where people and AI coding agents design and code on the same product. Its Dev view is an IDE for engineers who care about design: Claude Code and Codex agents, a worktree per task, a terminal, your running app and an editable design canvas in one desktop app.

Bring your own agent

  • Connect several Claude Code and Codex accounts, each on its own subscription; pick account, model and effort per chat.
  • Agents run locally with your skills, tools and plugins; no in-app AI credits.
  • Each chat gets its own git worktree, so agents run in parallel without conflicts.
  • Choose autonomy from ask-first to full access; get a second-model review before shipping.

Your live app on the canvas

  • Run the real app beside your designs and test it at phone, tablet or desktop size.
  • Move, resize, restyle or edit text in the running app, and the agent applies it to the code.
  • Capture any screen as editable layers, or build a designer's screen with your existing components.
  • Publish the running app and share it with a link; open a PR after approving the plan.

Design tool and MCP

Figma paste import, code and PDF export, tokens, variables, 1,000+ free shaders and AI image/vector generation. External agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, Lovable and any MCP client) can use Wonder over MCP, including a headless mode. Wonder says your code stays on your machine.

Pricing

Free for one editor (3,000 AI layers/week). Pro $20/editor/month or $16 billed yearly. Enterprise custom with SSO/SAML, SCIM and audit log. Built by Aquila Labs, Inc. (San Francisco and Belgrade).

Value & Audience

Value Proposition

Keeps design and code in one loop: agents on your existing subscriptions edit the real codebase while you shape the running app visually beside it.

Problem Solved

Coding agents make it easy to ship UI changes but hard to stay close to how they look; designers and engineers lose details moving between design files, chat prompts and code.
