About OmniHuman 2.0

OmniHuman 2.0 is BytePlus’s audio‑driven avatar performance model launched in October 2026. With one reference image plus audio, it analyzes rhythm, prosody, emotion and semantics to produce natural lip sync, facial expressions, head poses and gestures, far beyond basic lip alignment. Major upgrades include a 5‑minute maximum continuous clip length, multi‑character dialogue assignment, and prompt‑based cinematic camera motions such as pan, tilt and zoom. It works with real people, anime art and 3D characters. Delivered as a commercial API, it serves virtual hosts, educational content, music MVs, brand ambassadors and IP animation.
