Best Open-Source Order Management Software (2026)

Order management software tracks orders from placement through payment, fulfilment, shipping and returns. Open-source options give developers control over the data model and workflows, and many double as headless commerce backends or ERP modules.

This page includes commerce engines with strong order models (Medusa, Saleor, Sylius, Bagisto, Vendure) and ERP suites with order processing (ERPNext, Odoo Community, Apache OFBiz). Licences were read from the repositories, and dual-licensed projects are noted in the entry.
