Sandra provides a private channel from intake to archive for professionals who handle sensitive work. It streamlines the workflow of managing confidential documents, replacing messy email exchanges and disorganized shared drives with a structured, secure process.

Workflow Overview

Sandra handles the parts of file work that traditional methods make difficult. You can manage the entire lifecycle of a document from initial request to final archive:

• Transfer: Send files under your specific rules, including private links with expiry dates and optional passwords.
• Request: Create clean upload pages for clients, parents, partners, or collaborators to provide missing documents.
• Vault: Keep the final records in an encrypted Vault that outlasts the link's expiration, ensuring organized storage for matter folders, submissions, and project records.
• No AI Training: Your data is never used to train AI models, providing a high level of privacy and security.

Transfer Controls

Set specific rules before the file leaves your hands. Sandra allows you to maintain control over who sees what and for how long:

1. Set an expiry date for short-lived links by default.
2. Apply optional password protection on sensitive sends.
3. Manage recipients via email or a clean private link.
4. Keep the final record in the Vault, where records are organized by category like client records, contracts, and institution files.

Sandra is built for law firms, schools, institutions, agencies, and teams that need privacy without turning every file exchange into a package project. It uses AES-256 encryption at rest and is hosted in the EU.
