About Astogi

Astogi is a set of integrations and automations for Asana, built for teams that need to refer to their work quickly.
Auto numbering puts a unique, sequential number at the front of each new task name, with a prefix you choose per project, for example ABC-0042. Because the number is part of the name, it shows up everywhere the task does: in notifications, exports, file names and chat.
Git commit tracking connects GitHub or Bitbucket. Mention a task number in a commit message and Astogi posts the commit to the matching Asana task.
Round robin assignment hands each new task to the next person in the rotation. Team collaborators adds a whole team to a task in one step, and team alias keeps a team updated on a task. ChatGPT for Asana answers questions as a comment inside the task.
Setup takes a few minutes: connect Asana to Astogi and choose the projects it should work in. There is a free plan to try it.

Value & Audience

Value Proposition

Astogi gives every task a short number in its name and links commits to tasks, so work can be referenced in one word across Asana, Git and chat.

Problem Solved

Teams in Asana lose time referring to work as "that task about the homepage".
